Ahh yes, Ciel... Interesting character she is... Like Zechs said. youll see all in due time. Zero 1 is a very interesting game. It was a pity they got rid of the interconnected stages in Zero 2, 3 and 4.
they reintroduced it in ZX, then kind of nerfed it a bit in ZXA. (to make it simpler) |

Zero 1 stood out deeply among the 4 titles. It was awkward. Granted they got more epic with Zero 3 and Zero 4... But Zero 1 was definately the best hook for the series I think. Deep, entertaining, irritating and good character development. Plus that good ol RPG element that was axed in the later half.

I played Z1 after playing X1-3, but to this day haven't played X4+. Was there any information in the X series that might have let me appreciate the game even more? And Mega, I really like your suspicion of Ciel, since I never had it. Could you continue to update your post with impressions as you play through the game? It'd be really cool to know what a new player thinks as he progresses. |
