Zero black armor???

I dont get if the armor does any change, in X4 at least dont do anything and in X8 seem to be the same, so anyone can explain me the real reason behind the black armor??? or is just Fashion ^^ Unless you buy 12 million copies of Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, and do a write-in campaign for Batsu.... RIVALS SCHOOL NEED YOU!!!!!!!!! Buy a copy of TVS, the kids from rival school will thank you forever.

In X5 and 6, he gets stronger defence whereas in X8, the black armor provides a great deal of strength at the cost of taking more damage. At least it's a nice looking armor! Flame-G102 Posts: 228	In X8, an extra ability it also gives, is a longer dash, since Zero's dash in X8 is incredibly short. the Black armor makes his dash cover a bit more distance.

Jose Man X Posts: 3463	Also, the Black Armor's extended dash range adds distance to the Knuckle variation of Raikousen. Fire burns Earth......Fire is fanned by Wind.....Fire evaporates Water.....Fire is freaking awesome!

Without it, the armor wouldn't have progressed onto the later X installments and if you're not too power hungry, the black fits quite nicely.
