You either have to play 20 online battles without getting disconnected, or you need a friend who won't disconnect on you for local play.

I rather do Local Play because in Wi-Fi battle, people keep on disconnecting on purpose.

I only knew 5 and I never got in touch with them after I got my MegaMan Starforce 3.
