When you make a brother band with a real brother depending on the cards they have in their folder at the time you can get any of their white cards, mega cards, or giga cards with the roullette.

Mega Crusher is another cards I have found to be very cheap. Even though when you summon it it looks like its only affecting the panels in front of it, if you triple eat your enemy's field and summon it on their movement field it will still stop them from using Mega Cards.

Windy Attack is extremely cheesy in stringing together combos. You don't even have to lock-on and it will stun your opponent. After that you can follow up with a bunch of cards. When you have the noise over 100%, or 200% for PvP you can bring the enemy closer to you AND it will still give them damage. When their stunned and close to you its best to use something like QueenVirgo.

Then there's whistle. A very cheap card when used strategically. In PvP you can't really get that close to the enemy without them locking on to you or area eating. Whistle makes this so much easier. It just brings the enemy close to you. From there you can follow up with chips like HurricaneDance, QueenVirgo or, my favorite, VulcanSeed. Its also a good chip to knock off auras or barriers without wasting cards.

Its best utilize your folder for it to work for your Noise like Wind cards for Cygnus Noise.
