In MegaMan Battle Network 4 Blue Moon, where is BassΩ? I know he said about being in Black Earth, but whenever I go there, he never shows, is he in Black Earth 1 or 2?

I'm pretty sure he's a random encounter in Black Earth 2. I know some form of Forte/Bass with 2000 HP appears in Black Earth 2. I don't know whether or not you needed to do something in order to make him show up though. (All standard chips? All Mega Chips? I don't remember...)

The Forte with 2000 HP is indeed the first version. That is the statue.


Forte Omega has 3000 HP. He appears randomly in Black Earth 2. The special requirement for making him appear, as far as I remember, is to defeat Dark Soul Rockman at that mirror in Black Earth 2.  I think you only need to do it once, and that you don't have to do it every time you visit Black Earth 2.
