"Thank I thought it was going to be put up on the store front... I kept pressing F5... Nothing... I checked Capcom-Unity for anything, then found the link... And ordered EIGHT MINUTES after THREE O'CLOCK. This whole situation was handled VERY poorly. I wouldn't have
created those Robot But the fact of the matter is, you people were indeed handing out free cuts. I wouldn't |

Nobody forced you to make things for this, man. I understand that it's frustrating, but there are tons of people on this forum that the admins had to choose between, and it's not their fault that some people had to be left out. I'm sure they saw your threads and wanted to give you something (it wasn't some kind of personal vendetta or anything), but not everyone can be chosen. It's not all over, though. You shouldn't give up hope. You can still add your robot masters and everything to your blog and enter the contest for a chance to win the kit and more, all for free. Also, you shouldn't be this upset, as EVERYONE got that backorder email for now, and Snow has also said that they are trying to honor as many orders as possible. There's no need to be upset with anyone, and if anything it's awesome that this opportunity was offered to us at all. Chin up, it'll work out in the end. |

While I can agree I would question some of the people that got "front of the line" codes, the fact of the matter is no one forced you to do anything. You chose to do that on your own. If you want to whine about it, go ahead and do it. Just know it really won't solve anything at this point. Also, if you're expecting an apology from an admin, I think you're wasting your time. |

I totally agree with this statement. I was full on expecting that only press related people would be receiving this opportunity. I'm pretty grateful that they at least gave us "ordinary people" a chance to get one. |

We should all be thankful for the opportunity, most major games and movies make these kits to promote them and they usually consist of way awesome stuff.

I'm thankful, I just wish there was more regulation, obviously things got out of control and people who wanted (and deserved one) can't get one...but people who scalp can? Seems unfair and not very well thought out.
I hope they'll fix it. |

I’m afraid that really can’t be helped. There is no perfect system.

I do have to admit that it would have been nice to see the remaining supply go to all the dedicated posters on this site. Ce la vie, of course (minus the accent over the appropriate letters). I'm a rebel like that. Lol. |

Emmanuel: I have to disagree. The look on everyone's face when they saw this Mexi-rican do an irish jig was priceless. I am now charging for lessons that while transpire on the second Thursday of every month. Lol. |

Morgan: I think there is another thing to be discussed here. The first few kits (maybe 3 to 5) were to the earliest of commenters on the original blog post about the kits. After that they were being earmarked for "Community Members", i.e. people who were on the boards not only trying to show how big a MegaFan they were, but also generally posting and mingling, making friends, enjoying the commeraderie and trying to bring themselves into the community. You see, they wanted the kits to go to fans, absolutely, but they wanted to be sure that the people that got the kits wouldn't then just up and bugger off after getting what they wanted. |
