Who here would like to see Megaman Legends available for download off of the Playstation Network, or Megaman 64 on the Virtual Console?

You know, I never played Mega Man Legends because the 3D gameplay kinda turned me off. I was set in my old school 2D side scrolling Mega Man ways. If it came out on the VC, I might be inclined to give it a go.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I've never played it, even when it did come out on the N64. I know it's not the same Mega Man or the style of gameplay we're familiar with, but I'd be willing to try it if it came out on the VC.

Another slightly-off-topic thing I've been wondering is if there would ever be the possibility of MM8 on the VC. Seeing as the game was released on the Sega Saturn and Sega games have been released on the VC, it seems like it might be possible, but I wonder if there'd be any conflict with it having also been on the Playstation.  (although, the PS version was on the Anniversary Collection...)

the real issue would be the limitation of the wiiware file size being a mere 50ish megabytes.

Megaman64 is very possible due to it being an n64 games and they really don't normally exceed more than 16mb to start with. They'd have to do a lot of file compression and what not to make it work...but they can do it.

I'd expect the PSN and/or xbox live ports to be better though (especially PSN cause you know....same exact control scheme :) ).

DASH 1 and 2 were released on PSP, so maybe we could get a Legends 1 & 2 PSP release, if not a VC release?

someone is out there who will like you. take off your mask so they can find you faster.

Yes! Megaman Legends should be in the PSN and VC because I would love to relive those great old days as well as wanting more people to try out the game so there might be more support for a sequal.

I'd love to seem them their! I never played 2, but only because I had a 64, and thus played MM64 and not Legends...
