i just got the Japanese version of MMZ4. it rocks from the very start. the game is just perfect.
i dont understand the story. but the game play is like in MMZ3.
the game looks just as easy as MMZ3. but the new missions are just great.
this is a great action game.

it looks like it has a great story.

The Japanese versions are never released in North America.  Sorry....I thought you were talking from somewhere in North America.   But where I am from, I just gotta wait for the English versions to come out for any game.

ANyway, since they killed X, I think I'm boycotting the game.

Janiexe told us even about the ending of this game,...and she kinda said that X wasn't ever seen in the game.   I was talking about "not being able to last much longer" in the MMZ3 ending.  That's what makes me think that they might have killed him.

Its called importing, idiot. Anyone with 30$ and a PC can import any JPN reigon game. Ive done it plenty of times, INCLUDING with Z4. Ive also imported the MMCW series.

Now, onto a more intelegent conversation.

I was disapointed and in love with this game at the same time.

The though of ripping an enemy's body part off and attaching it to my own arm to use ROCKS ALL. This is the most badass thing in Megaman history.

What didnt I like? The three guardians, X, Omega, Original Zero, or anything having to do with the past of the series to that point were not in the game. And from translations Ive seen on MMN and PMM and the affiliated, they arent even mentioned at all in text.

Some explanations:

X (confirmed by Telos) is in kinda a recharging state in the cyber world. One of the vocal tracks is him explaining this and reminicing about the past, when Omega was first defeated and Zero chose to be sealed. Status: NOT dead.

Speculation explanations:

The 3 guardians are completely lost. They want to fight with humans, but refuse to join the resistance out of loyalty for NAO. They are probably sitting this eppisode out. They however stand at a place where they can easily appear and not be eithe ron your side or theirs.

*****SPOILER ALERT*****
*If you read -  its your loss*
**********************

As for people who have, like myself, beaten the game (not like its hard ahahahah, easy mode) its possible that this is the end. The guardians are set in a GREAT possition to take over and manage NAO perfectly. No more energy shortage, and no more (as we know of) the 'good' Doctor. And well the whole fact that Zero's peices are scattered across the planet now. A perfect conclusion. Im sure RMZ4's remix tracks will clue us in on SOMETHING more than the game lets us know.

Did the track explain why Zero was sealed? I've been wondering about that. Is it the same reason as in X6?

X isn't dead? O_O ALRIGHT! I was starting to like the lil guy! Cyber Elf 'Dr. Light' to Zero :D. But the soundtrack was MMZ3's...

-____- And he can recharge! Why the 'running out of energy' stuffy...?

But he could've at least shown up when his beloved NA was...

taken over by the doc; and the humans he sought to protect nearly annihilated by Ragnarok. Everyone was scrambling to save them and he was somewhere watching? Not his style... he's always came through in big crisises before this.. something bad must have happened, which is why I think he is dead.
[End spoilers]

And where in the world was the Guardians after they were relieved of their duties by Copy X MKII? They didn't appear too, they could've at least helped the humans, they don't have to join the Resistance to do that.

You gotta be a superficial idiot to think anyone can be that gullible.  To import ANYTHING from ANY PART of the world, you need a credit card.  And NO, even when I was living in U.S., I knew that NOBODY can ever use a bank debit card to import it.  And NO....you DON'T need a PC, you can just get the game if you contact the sellers by using your telepathy.

BTW, you either gotta be rich or incredibly stupid to be living in USA and wasting your money on Japanese versions....unless you are someone who knows the Japanese language (I assume you are rich ).   And there's no such thing as a translator on GBA unless you are using a computer emulator.  I load my games on my emulator when I want a screenshot.  I even made a kickass wallpaper from a screenshot from one of my old MMZ games

Careful, MKII.. you're not supposed to talk of emulators or roms here. Rules, remember?

C'mon, Japanese versions IMO are often better than the English ones, no offense meant, but it's usually true because of the limitations of translations and all. If you can read it, that is. Plus it's a bonus to play a game first, and translations can usually be found on the Net soon after the game is released. Z4 already has a translation ongoing already, and it's fairly accurate as far as I can tell. Not too bad for fan-translated stuff.;)
