This is, in my opinion, the worst Mega Man manga, So I decided to do a quick summary of all the changes between the games, and the manga.
*Zero has a split personality disorder, switching from a coward to a hero in an instant.
*Ciel is hyper-violent, the exact opposite of the pacifist Ciel in the games.
*Copy X is not a character per-se, he is a result of the 4 guardians fusing together.
*Ciel has a sister named "Cial" (ugh...) who is the leader of Neo Arcadia.
*Allouette does not exist in the manga.
*Fefnir actually defeats Zero in battle.
*Leviathian is a bit of a coward, running away once Zero defeats one of her minions.
*Phantom is paranoid about his loss to Zero, causing him to reguraly scream "I did not lose to Zero!"
*Omega can hold an intelligent conversation. (In comparison to the games, where his speech is just roars and a few words)
*Pantheons can talk.
*Zero is generally accompined by a boy named "Lito".
*Omega is much shorter, just a little taller then a Pantheon.
*After Zero leaves, Lito creates a second Zero
*There is no Dr. Weil in the manga.

In-game, the only Pantheon that talked was the Pantheon that was powered up by the Dark Elf in Z3, and even then, it's only voice was a giggle, or a grunt.
