How is "Ciel" pronounced?

Yeah, a little thing that's been bugging me. I can't relaly figure out how it's supposed to be pronounced. I've always said it as "Sea-el" (assuming the C is making an S noise) and ocassionally as "Seal". Just looking at the name, it looks more like "Key-el". Anyone explain this for me?
She sells sea shells by the sea shore. However a tidal wave's coming so she won't be doing that too much longer.

I've always pronounced it Seal. Since an I can make the e sound and an e can make an a sound. |

Ciel as in Ceil(ing). Same pronounciation.
