Now that the Press Kits have been issued, it has become a lot more quiet in the MegaMan community forums. But I wanna take this opportunity to thank CAPCOM for the great last couple of weeks where not only did we get the chance for a MM9 Press Kit but to meet many cool people. I'm still going to hang around here for sure. ^_^

Now, the Ultimate MegaMan Fan contest is at hand and in the last weeks, I've posted a lot of Megaman stuff related to this. To prove I'm the Ultimate Fan, I've shown that I've been drawing MegaMan stuff since I was 12, I've sung MM songs, I've animated, drawn, edited many pictures and videos. This blog showcases all of these.

MegaMan got me into drawing, animation, music, game design etc. and made me into what I am today. Now CAPCOM, please take a look at all the entries in my blog. You will understand what I mean and how I am the Ultimate MegaMan fan : ).  Be sure to check out all of these:

Check out MegaMan 10! (Well, my version of it. : )

    Tuesday, October 14, 2008, 11:14 PM [General]

    Hi guys!

I've been working on this for the past couple of days for the MegaMan contest.

Behold! MegaMan 10! I picked 8 of my favorites robot masters I designed when I was a kid and made this nice illustration for an eventual MegaMan 10 cover art... sort of. Now try to imagine how the game would be.  ( :

I've even included bonus screenshots of what the game would look like. 8-Bit style of course. ^_^ Enjoy!   (All art done by me of course)

    JetMan  --  Weapon: Jet Missile

He turns into a jet and flies at the top of the screen, making bombing runs on MegaMan. He also fires Jet Missiles that behave a lot like Magnet Missiles from MM3

     TankMan  --  Weapon: Tank Arsenal

He speeds around on the ground and fires projectiles from his arm, leg and back cannon.

     NailMan  --  Weapon: Nail Shield

Creates a Nail Shield and fires the nails in all directions. His nail body also separates from his legs and arms and he tries to go on top of Megaman to cruch him.

     NitroMan  --  Weapon: Nitro Spray

He almost never moves. He shoots out sprays of nitroglycerin that explode on contact with the ground. He also fires special nitro spray that stick to MegaMan. If he moves when covered with nitro, it explodes, damaging him.

     GlueMan  --  Weapon: Glue Shot

His room is a skateboarding ramp. He constantly moves right and left, firing glue at MegaMan to ensnare him. This of course allows him to ram MegaMan.

     RainbowMan  --  Weapon:  Rainbow Laser

Fires special arrows that stick to the ground. Then he shoots out a beam of light at the arrow. When the beam hits the arrow, multi-colored lasers are fired in all directions.

     HammerMan  --  Weapon:  Hammer Crush

Jumps and tries to hit MegaMan with his hammer head. Creates earthquakes by stomping the ground many times in a row.

     Yo-YoMan  --  Weapon:  Yo-Yo Cutter

Jumps frantically around the room, trying to hit MegaMan with Yo-Yo Cutter from his arms. Uses the giant yo-yo on his head to stick to the ceiling and swing back and forth. Also uses that same yo-yo on the ground à-la NeedleMan.

40 Robot Masters + 9 Mavericks from my childhood!

    Wednesday, October 8, 2008, 09:35 PM [General]

    Hi everyone!

It took a while but I finally scanned all of them! Those are most of the robot masters I designed when I was a kid. It was done a little bit after those you saw earlier so my drawing skills had improved a bit. There are 40 of them so I put them all into a single image.

There are also 9 of the Mavericks I designed for my "own" version of MegaMan X4 before it was released. So if you guys saw my earlier video about MMX4 you should be able (I hope) to recognize them. Enjoy! ^_^ And thanks again for all your great comments!
