I wanted to see if any batch of people wanting to play this game day of release on a certain time together. I hope this thread gets used for both adhoc and kai members. I'm usually free all day until july 21st when i start moving for grad school. I live EST (Florida). I already posted my psn and msn on Riku's thread somewhere but in case you can't find it, PSN: Eladbrit for adhoc I guess we can start by making rooms called Capcom Unity 1,2,3 etc something. Everyone I played here with in the past (fixit, moisesL) i hope i meet u guys during release! I'm posting this on UNITE forums just in case (and kuz we have it! :D) www.capcom-unity.com/monster_hunter/go/t...

Good idea, this is exactly why we need some sort of sticky list of PSN's and KAi's and other details, so we can actually find them. But yeah back to the point, i dont know if i'll be able to play then but i'll try my best to be there.

This is something that I would love to do but I can't get Ad-hoc to work because I'm on through a wireless connection.

Buy a UTP cable, they're very cheap and increase your internet speed a lot.

Was the wifi feature removed from certain models of the PS3?
Regarding the UTP/CAT5/RJ45/Ethernet cable, you don't necessarily get faster connection speeds. You can only transfer and receive data as fast as the smallest data choke point can handle. So even if say the cable can handle 1000 Mbps if the network, server, host or whatever it is your connecting to only caps at 54 Mbps. Well you're only getting 54 Mbps.

Yeah, your right. But with a cable you always get what your internet provider provides, it can be less with a wifi connection. Oh and cerberus, post it on the Ad-hoc/Kai thread, then everybody can read it.
