Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is the Expansion to Monster Hunter Freedom 2.
MHu or MHF:U contains everything from the previous game MHF2 and much more!
You can start off brand new, or transfer everything you obtained and did into MHu!
Unlike most expansions from the past, this one could almost be a whole game on itself.
Now lets cover some of the new things in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite!

-Most noteable is the 2 New Quest givers, Nekoht and Guild Hall Girl.
Nekoht

--She hands out Harder then normal quests for offline users, Also pays out Hard ranked items!

-Guild Hall Girl hands out G-rank quest, which are some of the hardest quests so far!
(G is the term used in Japan for Expansions and often harder version of games)

Added into ranks are the previous Mhf2 event quests, which have been made into normal guild hall quests available from the Guild Hall Girls and Elder offline.

(they don't pay out tickets like they use to)

But plenty of events we didn't see stateside like 15 shaka event are now there for you to try!

Also EPIC Quests! That have you fight a monster one after another! (up to 4)
Unlike like normal quests, monster carves are rations to potions to help aid you. These quest pay out much better awards for lack of monster carves.

-G-rank Training mission and new Group Missions!

-Hr rank goes up to Hr9 (mhf2 max was hr6)

Cat buddies!

You saw them in your Kitchen, and always thought "I wanna take them with on quest!"
Now you can! You can hire cats or switch your Kitchen Helpers to Cat Fighters!
They come with differnt skills to aid you, to fighting with weapons or bombs, or just help you gather!

They can be trained to suit your needs!

They also have downloaded outfits and weapons!

Plenty of new monsters have also been added!

Many have gained new moves and attacks. Some now give better warnings to there more powerful attacks.

150% to raw, 120% element!

-Equipments now go into 10* rarity. New types of armor like X/Z types.

-New Hunting Horn songs

-Bow coatings (paint and melee)

-Dual Element Dual Swords

-Few weapon paths redone.

Farm gets...

-New mining spot!

-New Bug spot!

-Trenya can now go to a new place and has higher point cost options!

-Armor gem slots are re-done to better suit more varity.

-You can also buy items from vendors and send them right to the box!

-Combine items in the box and hold down the button to combine a large stack.

-Item now stack to 99 in the box, making item mangement super easy!

-New item combo's

Old areas, new areas!
Areas return from MH1 and Mhf and there is a NEW area!

Swamp, Volcano, Jungle and Desert! (old areas from MH/mhf)

New to Monster Hunter World is the Great Forest.

The Volcano gets added areas 9 and 10.

Guild Card also upgrades.

Counts now go past 999!

Whole new page for all the awards!

It now keeps track of weapon useage!

Also includes a Character Diary for you and others to see!

And a Cat Buddy page where you can view cats owned and traded.

-White Fatalis is now unlockable!

-Monster Hunter Freedom 2 transfer to Monster Hunter Freedom Unite?

You can do a Full transfer and take everything with you except training times. They stays finsihed but the times reset.  This DOES NOT effect your MHf2 save.

ALL gems in your armor get returned to the box, You will need to re-gem all your armor!
