I just bought this game after much anticipation after MHF2

Tried loading my previous save from MHF2 but the game doesnt allow me to import my character.

all it saes is the your save file is corrupted, but the save plays fine with my MHF2 UMD with no problems.

Is my MHF2 UMD Corrupted??? or is my new game faulty

Both games are USA region, although i dont live in the US.

Have been waiting for this game veri long... i had 300+ hrs in the previous game, now i'm stuck with MHFU which doesnt allow me to import my game...

is ther anyway i solve this issue?

I've successfully imported your character, I will import the second one as well.

It appears the error was found in the character you had named 'empty'? Which had 0:00 gameplay and had no armor on and was equipped with a Bone Kris. Perhaps that was corrupt data? Either way, once that character was disposed of I was able to import your data just fine, when originally attempting to do so yielded corrupt data for me as well. You will be receiving an E-mail shortly.

Also, a little note to those seeking assistance in this matter, I will NOT be importing your data unless you include your Capcom-Unity username within your E-mail, so please be sure to do so. Thanks.

I also cannot import EUR game saves as my copy of MHFU is USA, so you may want to try and find someone who can, good luck to you all!

thx will give tat a try, if all else fails i might be trading this game in for another, just cant seem to forgo my 300+hours of save in MHF2 and start clean slate.

 Still corrupted. Cant back track to an earlier save either, MHF2 doesnt give you the option to save mutiple files for the same character, it always saves over.

Still no go, btw did you convert it through MHFU or did you do something else to it? cause the attachment i got had this file name "ULUS10266" which is a save for MHF2 ?

My character name in the game i wanted to import is Tifa, Shannon doesnt have to be imported just made it for the skin, i have no idea where that empty character came from, cant seem to del the save as well.

as for the save you sent, its still a MHF2 save data, works fine in MHF2 but cant load it in MHFU
