r there any items dat can increase my health/stamia during a quest?

elder cat 7* full Lw kirin, close 2 max upgrades mainly LS user, need ESP moving on up.tryin 2 take down high ranked kirin |

Not best choice... toadstools have chance increase ur max hp by 5 (or was it 10) and chance to lower it. LOL Not really useful, but its fun knowlegde. Nutrents (blue shroom + godbug) Increase ur max hp small amount. Last till you die, or quest ends. Mega Nutrents, (nutrents + Honey) Good Max hp boost, Last till you die or quest ends. Max Potion, HEALs! and gives you 150max hp. (mega Nutrents + dragon toadstool) Ancient Potion, (Imminizer + kelbi horn) (immunizer is (catalyst + drag toadstool) It heals Hp and Stam 150. And maxes out Health and Stam to 150. Great way to start a quest. Invest in combo books, and make alot of these. Great way to save time when hunting in groups.
You can also eat certain cat meal combo to get bonus stats to start a quest. =3
