Your file is US if it's ULUS10266 (which are the only ones I'm doing, Thane has offerend to help if your copy is Europe), and I will only accept through E-mail.

You'll need a file zipping program to zip it up that way the E-mail will accept the whole thing without uploading piece by piece.

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what's causing the error. I've seen a strange character name in someone elses save file, they had a character named 'empty' which I then deleted and everything was fine (which was the cause of their corrupted data)

Since then though, I've not encountered something like that at all. It has just been simple, insert MHF2 data and import, no problems or real difficulties with me at all, which is why I offered to help.

Sorry I can't be of more help, maybe one day I'll actually figure out the root of the problem, but until then I'm here and will do my best to continue getting you your saves.

EDIT: What's your current firmware?
