Yes, it's in your 'System Software' menu.

Before I attempt to import your save, you should try updating your firmware. I'm more than sure that's the problem. If you're still having problems doing so I will import your data for you.

I'm having the same problem...... though i have both the mhf2 and mhfu in us versions... i can't import my file in mhf2 to mhfu.... it says my save data is corrupt.... but when i'm playing my mhf2.. i can still load and play my saved file there..... I hope you can help me with this(moises)... I have already e-mailed you and i hope i've done the things you instructed...

I would like to import the 3 characters from mhf2 to mhfu (yema, dinadan, kahbu)

You need to update your firmware, try looking around for your regions firmware.
