It is when u attack the fatalis back leg and u just owned the crap out of it. I like to show a video of it instead of going any of the details on how to do it but because there is a lot of details on how to do it. Here it is

PS: Make sure u know used a LS well because u don't need attack a lot and when it does it fireball attack the sky start owned his face when he come down it does really good damage to him.

Looks very difficult to master, but ill try it someday.. i will fail surely, lol

I watched it belly flop for almost 10 mins straight into one of walls while i whailed on it..

 

I get close to fatalis like the guy in the video and it keeps throwing me down, .... whats the armor he has been using??
