Get to G Rank and unlock the Fourth Insect Gather Point.  You can get them from a Perfect Hit with the Black Cat Hammer and or a Perfect Hit from the Gold Cat Hammer.  You can also get them in G Rank Forest and Hills at the Insect Gathering point at the Felyne Village.
