Since I got back into MHFU after a very long Borderlands stint, I've been slowly descending into madness, thanks to stupid Rath Rubies.


 


30 Rathalos, 30 Silver Rathalos, 30 Azure Rathalos


 


Only 1 Rath Ruby, I need 8 more Yell


 


At this rate, I'll need to kill 720 more Rathalos to get 8 more rubies Cry


 


 


Any particlar quest that really dishes them out?  I've been doing the "Fight for the Throne" Epic, "Descendents of the King" and the Silver Quests both in Guild and Cat Elder.

I do the gold/silver arena quest.  Pays em out like candy.


Otherwise, I farm silver rath.


Can't remember if you get rubies in Grank...I wanna say you do, its been so long.

The Gold and Silver quest drops them much more then any other quest that I know. Whenever I want plates rubies or heavenly scales from Rathian or Rathalos, I do that quest.


 


Edit-Yah what he said. G-rank does drop rubies don't worry.

I'm gonna have to get better Armor then, my Ceanataur U or Jolly Roger maxed out won't cut it against both of them at the same time.

Farm hr6 silver rath carve tail if you get one carry on if you dont abandon just repeat this method.

i just kept capturing silver rathalos til it droped a ruby, i think i got it on my 9th try..

Anyone have any tips for the gold and silver arena quest. Like weapon preferences or what you target first. i would imagine cutting both their tail would make things a little easier. i doubt you can makeonly one notice you at a time.
