I have played many motorcycle race games through the years, the latest MotoGP08, and ride a hayabusa,... Also I'm a big MotoGP and SBK race fan,... and the title above is simply superior in realism I have ever played. This game is a road racing game with many famous circuits, including the Isle of Man TT circuit, a 37.73 mile lap through towns and country roads, recreated beautifully! YouTube it. What's remarkable about this game is the realistic handing and incredible on-board view,.. finally a playable on-board view. Check out YouTube for a sense of the realism of this game. Search "TT superbikes ps2". They just released it on the PS2 for some reason instead of the PS3 or Xbox360, or PC, but I'm sure they're working on the next gen version. Even on the PS2, it is amazing!

overall at present with the latest being only the ones considered for the best. I think I would have to say SBK NA which is the american version. I hope that the gp games get better as they go by making them closer to representing the spirit of the actual sport it represents. This woud be at the end of the day if fully comprehensive and plays like a dream online will be the best racer on the xbox at least. I am very hopefull that capcom gets it right this time cause 08 was a travesty. |

All the best features have already been implemented in other racing games. I haven't played many but I did play Race 06 and in the online mode it had chat, practice and qualifying sessions. Saved and online replays, automatically saves your best lap. Look to apex, move camera with mouse... Loads of brilliant features we could do with in MotoGP :) |
