Hi everyone

So I can make sure I get all of your questions and don't miss any, I've posted the ones we've already got and will be answering soon. If you could add any new ones to this thread, I'll add them to the latest list.

Please try not to discuss the questions posted in this thread as it'll make it easier for us to collate them if it isn't all jumbled up.

Thanks

QUESTIONS AWAITING ANSWERS

I’m curious about the menu setup option, is there going to be global access?  By that I mean will I be able to go back to the main menu from any menu? It's a pain to have to sit through loading screens for 2 or 3 menus when you simply want to exit a mode and do something else.

Will the game have mandatory weather options? Will you be able to select the weather option in ALL modes?

Will we have an option to have the on bike perspective based on the camera located on the rider’s helmet?

Game AI. Is it going to be bound by the same set of rules as the players are? By that I mean respond to contact and off track excursions in the same manner.

Are there going to be any blurring effects?  If so will there be an option to turn them off?

Application of Rider Aids. Will these turn novices into Gods or simply make the game more manageable for them to come to grips with?

Replay options: Will replays be able to be saved and shared. Additionally will they have an option to display data (lap times, split times, telemetry, settings, etc?

Sim and Arcade modes: There are fans of both modes so will the game include both modes, but clearly different in order to please both kinds of fans?

Online Modes: Will be there chat in the rooms? Private rooms? Both of them are necessary to organize championships and so on.

We want a PC version, pleasseeeee!!!!

Will you support the modding as so many other successful games have done?

Will we see the MGP Academy category in Career mode or as a kind of tutorial?

Will be there IRTA tests, private tests and so in the championships or career mode?

After you complete a season, will all teams and riders will be the same? Maybe a cool thing would be that in next season, some riders move from team to other teams, change their numbers and so.

You know would be cool, start a dry race and then it starts raining in the middle of the race. This happens a lot in real life so will it happen in the game?

If the initial release has bugs, wrong or old skins, would we get an update or dc pack?

Sounds should be recorded from actual revs of the real machines and implemented into the game. Will this be the case?

I hope rider movement on the bike is something you guys are looking into. The weight distribution on the bike is something that gets overlooked all the time, but its one of the most important things when cornering.

Will we see the return of gp tracks from previous games? ie. Suzuka, Phakisa and Sheridan

Is there any news on a demo? Last year there wasn’t a demo and I was disappointed need a little something to get my teeth into !!!!

Are the bikes going to pivot on the correct axis and not act like a hovercraft?

The one question that keeps getting dismissed is WHEN. Come on Steve, give us something even if it's only your best guess.

Hi, not sure if these have been asked, so apologies if any have been repeated.

Qu : When you cash, will you see your rider run back to his bike and pick it up?

Qu : Will you be able to change the difficulty level during career mode?

Qu : Will you be able to race in teams on-line?

Good q's Simon.

Hey Steve why don't you compile all of these questions and answers into a FAQ and use it for promotional purposes?

Sheridan is nor was a MotoGP racing track!

The game should bring only real tracks and also original presentation

MotoGP is the world’s premier motorcycling championship,... What about the game?

Yes, a lot of your questions will be relevant to any future FAQ's we produce.

I'm concerned about track rendering and palette.  I feel the Milestone version was a closer representation (generally) of the tracks.  Climax tracks felt a little less closer and the palette used give a more cartoony representation.  Will the new game mirror real life in rendering tracks and pallette?

I am sorry, but I have to make a complaint !!!!

I have been following peoples views and opions on what the game should and should not do. These people have taken the time to give you their feedback to help you developers try and create a decent game.

The big question is when are you going to release it !!!

I would of thought that this site would be the first to tell the world whats happening.

Oh No !!!, If you go to the Motogp site, they can tell you that it won't be released to march next year.

www.motogp.com/en/news/2009/Capcom+annou...

and that it will have 2009 and 2010 season line ups.

This should have been told to all the followers here ... First !!! : Whats the point of this entire site !!!

And another thing, if its not coming out until March 2010, this gives you enough time to add all the elements people want.

So do it right !!!
