Thumbs up dude! Nice find man!

If Monumental is the Gp1 crew and they stick to that formula oppose to Gp3/07 (Climaxs later builds) then we are all set for Physics and Online play!

Shawn Hargreaves is a genuis, and anyone that worked with him must be of the same caliber..

PS- that video of SBK 2001 in third person view is awful, lol... Funny looking honestly, no where near as smooth as Climax did. And the gear shifting is totally unrealistic and the sound is horrible, lol...

Gee based on the announcement on MotoGp.com seems like his is going to be one busy little game Undecided                       As Far as SBK01 goes I think we need to remember that the game is 8 years old and still better that  most of the more current offerings.. good luck Monumental

So would I be right in saying that if the game is released next year with 2010 content, can we expect a 600 class in game as well as a 250 class if it has this years content too?

Sounds to me like fans of the Climax slide your ass of riding should be happy with this game. I wonder if they will implement  a  Kudos system 31.gif

Rather than post a load of preferences for the lobby functions, my question is will there be a discussion "topic" regarding that?

This whole thing looks to be a product od to many cheifs and not enough Indians.  THere is no direct focus on handling and the fact that we now have to find it throgh a class is lame.  I want to race all the classes and have them feel close like they should.  I do not see this being smart or a proper way to attack the handling issues.  ho hum.

Quoting Rock- "  I want to race all the classes and have them feel close like they should. Unquote.

What do you mean by that Rock? If you mean it the way I'm reading it? How can a 125/250cc 2 stroke bike feel anything remotely like a 800cc 4 stroke?

A Suzuki Lt500r (2 stroke) feels nothing like Yamaha Yzr450 (4 stroke) Two different worlds!

Here we go again!... my friend ,... its just a game! that we're talking about. The feel of 125cc, 250cc bikes thus far on games up to date, is not even worth the crap to mention, but IF futures games these smaller classes would feel like bigger class, I assure you we'll have much more fun in the game, In their own right these little bikes are fast too. keep in mind that in the real world these riders are teenagers that themself weight is an average of 50kg ~ 60kg, so those little bikes for them are heavy too. Dorna has been talked about the elimination of the 250cc being replaced by the Moto2 600cc. By then the argument of the smaller classes wont' it be much difference as the 800cc.

BTW, did you know that the MotoGP 500cc, 2 strokes had an equivalent power as the 1000cc?

125cc and 250cc classes

 125cc KTM Grand Prix motorcycle

125cc machines are restricted to a single cylinder and a minimum weight of 80 kilograms and the 250cc machines to two cylinders and a minimum of 100 kilograms. From 2005 onwards, all riders in the 125cc class could not be older than 28 years or 25 years for new contracted riders participating for the first time and wild-cards.

In 2008 discussions arose surrounding the replacement of the 2-stroke 250cc class with another category. The move to 600cc 4-stroke engines to replace the current 250s has been finalized as of June 2008 and will take effect in 2011  The new class will be called Moto2. Engines will be produced by Honda; electronics will be limited and supplied only by FIM sanctioned producers; carbon-fibre brakes will be banned and only steel brakes will be allowed. However, there will be no chassis limitations.

MotoGP is the world’s premier motorcycling championship,... What about the game?

Of Course!

It takes double the displacement to match that of a 2 stroke oppose to a 4 stroke!

This is why the RC 990 and likes of where made, to compete with the currant 2 strokes at that time..

Ride a Kawasaki 750 triple  if you wanna ride a unbelieve sick 2 stroke!
