Thanks very much for supplying us with loads of questions during June, already for the team to get stuck into some replies for next month.

I've managed to get just about all of them, but if I have missed any, my apologies and please feel free to post your question again.

Here are the questions we'll be answering during July.

I hope rider movement on the bike is something you guys are looking into. The weight distribution on the bike is something that gets overlooked all the time, but its one of the most important things when cornering.

Will we see the return of GP tracks from previous games? ie. Suzuka, Phakisa and Sheridan

Is there any news on a demo? Last year there wasn’t a demo and I was disappointed.

Will there be consequences to jostling with other riders?

How many tracks are there?

Are the bikes going to pivot on the correct axis and not act like a hovercraft?

In the past few games, the sounds of the bike that you are riding have been drowned out by other bikes on the track Is this going to be addressed and maybe an audio set up made available so that you can taylor the various sounds in the game, not just music volume but all audio aspects?

When in an online lobby will the game display your opponents ranking next to their gamertag? I'm not talking about 1-55 type ranking as seen in Call of Duty 4. What I mean is if you are ranked number 1 in the world overall, then number 1 should be displayed next to your tag.

Will you guys be paying any kind of special attention to replicating the undulations and differing gradients of each of the individual tracks?

Will the upcoming GP2 (600cc) class be available as DLC?

In the lobbies, will there be Championships with points and Ranking alongside your Tag in ALL lobbies?

Is there going to be split screen and will it have side by side and top and bottom option?

How much will the racing career influence the online experience?
Do engineers, team managers and press officers come with you? How much will they influence your ability to compete online?

Will you be able to change the difficulty level during career mode?

Will you be able to race in teams on-line?

Will the new game mirror real life in rendering tracks and palette?

Why can’t we save replays in Motogp 09/10? This is very sad. Sometimes you can have a sick race and want to relive that race over and over again.

Will there be an option to toggle tyre wear so that the tyres will get worn out just like in real life? And that will make you slower of course?

Will there be a tear off system so that your screen gets dirty and that you have to push a button to tear off. Would there be an option to switch between unlimited and limited tear offs?

Are the tracks going to reproduce elevation better? The only game that comes close is Forza 2 and even that's not 100% correct. Mugello for example has more elevation than games show.

In the recent press release, you said, ”brand new gameplay modes that offer rewards to the rider for their riding style”
What does it mean by "rewards to the rider for their riding style"?

I've been in a motorcycle accident & you don't just hit the ground only to jump right up & run back to a brand new looking bike in 100% health. Maybe this would be good for career mode.

The current setup does not allow for you to create an icon in the sport. I'd like the ability to further customize leathers & helmets so it doesn't appear so stock. A lot of the "fun factor" in games today is the ability to go deep into customizing your own experience. i.e. Forza

On the results screen, winners bike doing a victory lap, the ability to control your winning bike, do donuts, wheelies, burnouts, gestures (one finger)....always thought that would be a blast & fun.

The most obvious missing question is:
When you download the 2010 season will that replace the 250s with the new moto2 class?

In the old ps version of GP they had these and other features where you could unlock old racers and bikes. Some of them were verrrry slow but still neat they had them. Old racers, tracks, and bikes would be awesome. So what do you say Steve?

in the climax motogp's, all the riders had the SAME riding style. For motogp 09/10 the riders should look like their real life counterpart. I want to be able to distinguish between Toni Elias (who literally hangs his whole body off the bike around a corner) and Colin Edwards (who is all knees and elbows).

Will you be able to do more then just 5 seasons like in MGP 08?

How many tracks are there?

Atmosphere in bike games seems to be really lacking.
I'd like to ask more about the samples. One of the biggest problems with the previous games was scenery impacting on the samples or lack of. Samples before were just that, samples.

Please don't fix the bad weather to certain tracks every year in career mode!

Please add your next batch of questions in this thread.

cheers.

Going on from the above questions about Teams & Helmet/Bike Livery:

If they are to be included will it be possible to "gift" the design to a team-mate?

The way we did it in MGP 02 was to set up a lobby and talk the Team through the design, each layers size/orientation/colour/etc, they input everything as we relayed it, a tad laborious Laughing

ps Team Racing was so much fun as the lower ranked players still counted when the points got added up, in fact they were quite often the deciding factor for victory ie give me a slower rider who turns up for every race rather than a fast guy who can't be botheredLaughing

Is the AI going to be more careful? By which I mean they rarely bump into you and run you off the track.

Yup, you missed mine:

Will the Wii version online? And will it have all of the features the HD versions will have?

"We have a broad Wii portfolio. I don't see that changing in the future. " - Sven

"How many Wii titles have online co-op, even from Nintendo?" - Sven... so you want Capcom to be as mediocre as the rest of Wii developers? Figures.

We're only developing a PS3 and X-Box version of MotoGP 09/10

Q: Will the 360 version allow you to fully customize the controller? In other words, can you assign throttle/brake to the right thumbstick?

Please just make the game equal on both systems.

Include the scoreboards, rankings and voice chat from the begining. Don't leave out basic features that were included in previous games but mysteriously disappeared in Moto GP 08.

I'd love to see more effort put in the career mode. Get offers from teams, sign money contracts, sponsor deals etc. Basically things that are the everyday life of the Moto GP racer.
