Hello everyone.

I have come up with this idea to better are source of communication between us members and the Developers themselves...

It is a MotoGP BlogTV channel.

Here we can discuss MotoGP gaming... This is not only a resource to better our communication sourse, but also a channel that can remain on going through out the course of the Gp series, to discuss Lap times and racing ingeneral...

  www.blogtv.com/People/WALKEN

You must follow all the BlogTv rules!

Capcom/Monumental/Walken are at no Responsibility.

I will inform you when we are ready to "Go Live"

Hope to see everyone there and bring your brain!

Ps, maybe a mod can pin this?

No offense, but until Steven says how, who and when the test will be held, the whole BlogTV thing is pretty unlikely to be a good idea and there are things I'd rather read than yet to have another site to go to to continue the bickering and the outrageous insulting for just a mere discussion about a game that won't turn out to be worth it, unless Steve would give a real opportunity to pass on to the developers in order to implement the suggestions and ideas from all members or from a chosen member "from" the Capcom-unity forum and not from a site or blog that has nothing to do with the Publisher's home.

So, are you going to direct and be the star of the show ?, are you going to give away T-Shirts, or a stimulating trip to Monumental Studios ?, and just in case for your info, do not call it MotoGP-whatever, because the word MotoGP© is a registered mark.

MotoGP is the world’s premier motorcycling championship,... What about the game?

I was waiting to see if anyone was going to et him know about trademark infringement with the name.  It is a good idea but it only works with the devs present and ready to answer the questions I know right now they are avoiding.  Would be funny to put them on the spot though.

Why is everyone missing the point of this?

There is no copyright problems, because its not about making money or selling anything.. Its a Blog Channel, a fan site... Nothing to do with breaking any Copyrights!

Its a fan of a MotoGP racing game extending himself to other fans to discuss MotoGP gaming...

So I guess that on sites like Xbla your paying Dorna to use the Name MotoGP in the Forums headers right?

And no I will not be the Star of the Channel Gmontalc, just the Proactive person to try and get everyone communicating in a more stable manner...

Like I said, you can be a part of it or not!

If Steve wants to get this idea going then I will step back...

Doesn't mean I can't have a fan channel dedicated to MotoGP gaming...

No, I'm not missing your point, I think it is a good idea only if the Dev's are present and ready to answer the questions.

As long as you're not using the title (word) MotoGP <=named MotoGP, you'll be OK!

If they're using it and Dorna Sports knows about it, means that XBLA has permission, otherwise they have to take it down.

... Good to hear that !, so it means you won't give the boot to anyone, right?

No one has said that, only Dorna Sports can, in fact for the passion you have shown you could become rich & famous having a daily BlogTV show.

Sorry? That's ridiculas, so you mean I have to go through the whole of my site and take down anything which has Xbox in the title as that is owned by Microsoft? geez and every title which has a game company's name in it, come to think of it every game title too. I'm gonna be a busy bee Surprised

I think you'll find that only applies to people trying to sell a product with a copyrighted logo on it lol Walken isn't trying to sell a product (well, perhaps the idea to us Wink), he'll be fine putting MotoGP in the title.

Hi

Building on Walken's great idea...

I'm looking at taking this a step further, by possibly setting up a studio here where we could put out a live broadcast with in-game footage etc. The audience, you guys, would be able to see the game being played etc and ask questions live online.

This is a much better idea than getting a few of you in as it opens it up to a much wider audience.

I'm currently looking at the mechanics behind this, but can't envisage any real problems.

I'll keep you posted. Smile

That's the idea. We could put out a live show where you can ask your questions based on what you're watching live, then watch the whole thing again, whenever you wanted to.
