If you're playing on PC and bought the game at a retail store, don't forget to grab both the Installer Patch and Gameplay Patch off the support site.  (If you bought via digital download, you're already updated!)

I bought MOTO GP 08 via download - version 1.1. I want to uninstall the program, but neither the Control Panel method, nor the alternate program proposed by the support site works (programs prompt to capcom file to uninstall). This is not to mention that the program actually works a whopping 20% of the time - Please provide some support, and believe me, the issue is not my PC, it is more than adequate to handle the software demands - please provide some much needed support to the PC community, I think I can say we all feel disappointed at the least -

I bought the download version just over a week ago. It's been a great game so far. I haven't had any problems. If  you'd be more specific, someone might be able to address the problem.

I bought the downloaded version as well.  I have yet to be able to run it.  I keep getting the Fail to Initialize DirectX error message.  I tried downloading directx 9.0 SDK, but still have the error.

Lawrence & Fred - really sorry to hear you're having issues.  Not sure what's going on there, but if you haven't yet, be sure to give the customer support line a ring.  They're pretty good at resolving issues :)
