A disciple of the Shotokan school of karate, Bobby is a natural distillation of disaster. He has devoted his entire life to the love of games, cars, bikes, films, and beverages. As a child he had forsaken all else to dedicate himself to his passion for Capcom and it's epic games. Years he spent wandering the arcade filled globe seeking to test his skills against other fighters. Long nights and countless days were spent with controller (or joystick) in hand, appreciating the awesome that is Capcom. College councilors were forced to remind him on numerous occasions that unless he moderated his Capcom and began to attend classes, graduation, or even further admittance, would be inconceivable.

During his travels, Bobby, aka Robert, aka RT, spent over 3 years living in Gaming Mecca (Japan), doing oddball things like volunteering at orphanages and teaching the youthful pocket fighters in public schools how to pronounce "Shoryuken" in English. All the while he collected quirky Capcom paraphernalia and other precious treasures.

After returning stateside he began to grow a career at major corporations and other game publishers. But NOW he has now joined the Elite Ranks of Capcom, as their new Associate Product Marketing Manager.

Currently he exists in a semi-permanent state of unrelenting happiness, for today is his 1 month anniversary since he made the transformation from Capcom fan.. to.. Capcom employee.

Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth (DS 2/16)

Amongst many, Bobby is currently working on the Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth DS title. He is truly impressed at how the producers were able to maintain the great quirky fun of the AA series in a new genre twist; keeping it fresh and truly funrageous.

Platinum Hits Triple Pack (Xbox 360)

Bobby also is working on the Platinum Hits Triple Pack. Him and his team are so excited to unleash the triple threat of awesome for such a low price. Around $13 a game?! O Rly?

Ok I can't keep talking in 3rd person...it's just too weird.

True story, I embarrassingly met O.D.B. at a record store with my pops when I was 15. My dad having no idea who Ol' Dirty was, he later asked me what the letters O.D.B. stood for. After hearing my response and cracking up,  he then proceeded to bename himself O.F.M.F. (Old Fogey Mo* Fo*) and required me to call him that for hours on end. 

No I am not THE Bobby Digital, but I will be working on a variety of Digital Distribution titles going forward, so hey...why not?

Resident Evil 5 (Games for Windows Live)

To be perfectly brutally honest...I almost never replay a game. I just lose interest the moment I get a "Thank you for playing!" screen and its done, never to be touched again (Epic favorites are saved for the 1-5 year later nostalgic glory replay).

But Resident Evil 5 I replayed not once, not twice, but THREE times! Something about it's action game play, a Mercs mode that is actually a blast, and perfectly crafted achievements (trophies) had me getting every last one of them with focused avengence. (Ok I lied, I have one last achievement to get...20 more points here I come!)

I mention this because I have been lucky enough to spend time with RE5 on the PC. It's impressive that they have been able to make a AAA beautiful game even more breath robbing. More enemies on the screen, crisp resolutions, lightning fast refresh rates, and to top it all off.....THREE DEEE! Nothing can describe how epic this game is with the 3d glasses.

If you somehow have yet to pick up RE5, you will thank me once you get your hands on the PC version.

Penguin Training

And finally, my side project. I am working hard to get my pet crochet penguin Ryu to master the Shinkuu Hadouken. I have faith my lil buddy can do it, but sadly I have given up on any hope of a Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku...those stubby egg holding legs aren't about to hit anyone.
