Finally finnished all the mods to my standard edition fight stick. I swapped out all the parts with sanwa parts. I added custom art and I painted the body of the stick. Over all I think it turned out fairly nice. The paint is a little iffy in places, but nothing super noticible. For a first time job, it's pretty nice. I think im going to pick up a second stick to mod soon. Not sure what theme to use. Might go with tekken, but It's hard to turn my back on all the cool SF art out there. Well anyways, Im just going to give a few shout outs to everyone that helped. Lizard Lick Amusements is where I purchased all my buttons and stick from. Very cool company and nice service. A couple of posting on forums.shoryuken helped me with all the steps on modding my stick. And lastly Thamanator, who is a unity member, for printing and laminating my art for me. He was a real big help. Well now that all of that is out of the way, heres the pic. Let me know what you think.

                 So being a college student means my cash flow isn't the greatest. A while back I picked up a standard edition fight stick of ebay for about 50 bucks shipped. The stick works great for 50 bucks, but occasionally the buttons get stuck and the stick seems a little unresponsive at times.

    Well, i've come up with a little extra cash recently and I have decided to spend it on sanwa parts and custom art for my stick. All together the parts cost me about 54 from Lizard Lick Amusement. For those who don't know, they are a small company with just a few people who sell arcade parts. I think its awesome that they do this so I felt the need to plug them here.

        Also with the help from a forums.shoryuken posting, I will be able to mod it no problem. Here's a mock up of what my stick will look like once I get all the parts and put it together. What do you guys think?
