Dino Crisis means different things to different people. Some people see it as one of the most entertaining PS1 games of all time. Some people see it as a Capcom game that needs a remake. Some people see it as an overlooked gem, lost in the shadow of Resident Evil.
And some people see it as playable on the PS3 and PSP as of this week. Survival Horror, crazy-fun science fiction with devious twists, and massive dinosaurs make the transition to modern consoles. Believing it and seeing it are best done together.

When I originally announced our PS1 and PSP classics program this summer, Dino Crisis got some of the most vocal support. I'm glad to say that the game is now available, for just $5.99. Hit the jump for the original game description:
Survival Horror on a Much Larger Scale. Your most primal fears grab you on this new journey into survival horror from the creators of Resident Evil. Suspicious and terrifying… the world’s most renowned scientist has disappeared and you’ve been recruited to investigate on a mysterious, remote island. Suddenly, out of the mist appears a predator, which has haunted mankind’s imagination for centuries… experience the pure terror!

YES! i just typed up a blog expressing my love for this game!! I'm so thrilled their re-releasing it on the psn. Who knows, maybe a remake will happen if the sales are strong enough.
