What do you all think the likelihood of an Okami sequel is? If there is one how does Ammy return? |

Tragically low. I still think that if Capcom were to go full steam ahead with a sequel on the Wii, though, that they'd be able to profit from it, so long as they put thier best foot forward and didn't make it a budget game, hype it up, etc. The Zelda audience is certainly built it and hungering for 'core' games, especially after Nintendo's crappy E3 conference. I don't know what the sequel would be, but they certainly left the door open for one in the end. |

Very low. I'm not quite sure how the game would be advertised, or anything like that. I guess fans can just hope for the best. |

Sales of PS2 and Wii versions meh Clover Studios being closed, employees leaving to start Platinum Games Capcom having the IP The future looks grimm for Ammy. |

With the way the industry is going, I can easily see an Okami game with nothing but mini-games targetted at casuals that eagerly want to test their memories against the Blockheads.

It's probably not going to happen, but at the end of the game they did hint at a sequel. Even is they decide to, it probaly wont be that great considering the fact that Clovers gone. I do wish they would make another one though, it would be fun to have just minigames on a DS or gameboy, but not on other systems like a PS2 or an XBox. |

The ending of the game did leave room for a sequel, but with the demise of Clover, it would be very hard to expect one. If Capcom does decide to go that way, they'd have to be very cautious not to ruin the magic of the first game. Of course, stranger things have happened. |

The game doesn't need a sequel. It is perfect in how it started and how it ended. |

5 to 10 years from now, it could certainly use a remake or revival though. While I personally desire an Okami 2, Capcom has specifically sidestepped and avoided doing anything I wanted so, be that as it may, since I want an Okami 2, it won't happen. |

I wonder if a sequel would sell better now that the first game has had more exposure. Still, the big question is how. Even if Capcom got Platinum Games to develop a sequel, how would you justify bringing Ammy and Issun back together again? |
