I've done a few sprite-based drawings recently and in doing so have stumbled upon some decent Street Fighter sprite sheet / background collections. I might as well share, especially in light of how much time went into getting all these guys together.

Street Fighter III Sprites: Street Fighter III Collection. Contains every character animation in all costumes (including the Twelve clones!!!), backgrounds, effects, and a few extras. Great interface for seeing them all come together, too.

www.sfgalleries.net: Very nice compendium of all SF sprites throughout history. Detailed, thorough, and includes plenty of bonus character art, profiles, posters, etc.

SF Arcade Sprites: A nice collection of the arcade editions of SF. And nicely organized, as well.
