I've had week 2 of my classes and I'm already starting to get sick of them. weirdly, I'm enjoying my drama workshop more than my creative non-fiction upper-level workshop.

I'm going to try and not pull any more all-nighters this year. I did one the night before last, felt horrible in class, fought to keep awake for six hours, then eventually made it home and crashed. when I woke up this morning, I felt like I had come out of a coma.

I tried to buy nine inch nails presale tickets but they were sold out after being available for like four minutes. I could have opted for the reserved seating but I was dumb and emptied my cart, thinking floor tickets would be better. for the record, nine inch nails was a very important band to me between 13-17 or so. I'm excited they're coming to victoria.

I've been listening to a band called IDNOCLIP lately. I originally got mad at them not being properly called IDCLIP or IDSPISPOPD but the music is really good. well, if you're into spazzy noodly guitars and uptempo riffage and ring mod swirls. it's almost a step away from surf rock, kind of like thunderbirds are now, only more raw and without the vocals.

I've almost finished watching the entire season of Freaks and Geeks. it's been taking me so long because the tension gets way too high for me to handle, sometimes. I'll get to a tense part, pause because I can't handle it, then just end up turning it off. I'm a huge wuss.
