Cutman is the best robot master. He has scissors on his head and his stage had a hot tune. Just like in rock-paper-scissors, he gets crushed by rocks, thanks to Gutsman's toughie arm.
In the cartoon, Cutman and Gutsman wreak havoc together, a perfect duo of strength and snips. His raspy voice and fabulous laugh make him a fan favorite.

Cutman has appeared in MegaMan 8, MegaMan X8, and the arcade games. Who knows where he'll end up next.
