Have you ever been promised something that you really wanted, then never received it? Pretty sure that's happened to everyone in one situation or another. More than a year ago, Ripten held a MegaMan contest to find out who was the biggest fan, the prize being an original sketch of MegaMan signed by Inafune.
I got so excited that I took every MegaMan game we owned and toys too, set em' up on the couch, and had my brother take a picture. I really wanted that picture!
Well to my surprise, I actually won that contest.

I could not believe it! As much as I was hoping to win, I knew there were tons of people out there who maybe had MegaMan tatoos, complete collections, or whatever else, but I actually got chosen!
Unfortunatly, a few weeks of email between Chad Lakkis and I went on before I started to realize I would not be getting the drawing. I kept getting told it was on the way, it was being sent etc, but I saw nothing in the mailbox ever. Soon, they stopped replying to my emails altogether.
It's kind of depressing for me to think about it, but at the very least it was just a photograph, and not something that took me hours to build, or draw. Also, I've entered plenty of other MegaMan contests as well, hosted by guys like Rock Miyabi, LBD Nytetryan & the MegaMan Network, and did receive prizes from them. So I want to thank those people especially for coming through with their promises.
There's still MegaMan contests going on even today; it's crazy how many there have been. I always approve though, and urge anyone who comes across them to enter no matter how unsure you are about winning. Never miss an opportunity!

I sympathize with you. Sorry about your problem
