i think most of the fallout problems are soft ware because i rented the game on 360 played it with a lot of issues main one being not letting me get in to tenpenny tower all of a sudden among other things but i bought a copy got the collectors and have had no problems yet knock on wood still have not beat the game having to much fun exploring
