I got bored so I decided to see with what we've seen so far how good is Frank West on paper.

At :28 of the Frank Trailer he does Shopping Cart into THE REAL MEGA BUSTER. As long as you keep that out of long combos then that move is a steal at 1 Meter.

Throughout the vid you see all the Zombie shenanigans and they're a lot better than Jill had in MAHVEL 2.

At :53 we see DEAD RISING. It's a grab but the vid doesn't show if you can combo into it. If that's the case then damage scaling may eat a tad into it but I can see this as much of viable combo ender as THE REAL MEGA BUSTER. And it's an OTG as well so it looks very good so far.

And finally we come to his Level 3. We'll call it 53,594 for obvious reasons. I'm just assuming in a normal scenario that this move hurts. But since Polymar doesn't have any health before the start of 53,394 and it was comboed into then scale on a massive scale takes place. 53,594 is also done in the TGS 2009 Trailer at 2:41 as well. And looking at that and comparing the damage dealt. The Frank vid 3 hits were done before 53,594 started on Polymar who had about 15% health for 18,109. And in the TGS trailer the same move was done on Tekkaman but the movie didn't show the last blow being delt but it did 10,371 points of damage. So it would seem that the point of damage on the move would be the ending Facebuster.

So maybe I can't say Frank is broken but he looks like a force from where I'm standing.

If I feel like it I might do D-Boy as well a little later.

2 weeks ago a leak that killed all the suspense of who's in and out TVC hit and we were all sent for a spin. But Capcom has confirmed the first new Capcom representative as Frank West. Zombie Killing Journalist Extraordinaire. His gameplay seems to be straight from Dead Rising. From the MegaMan suit to wrestling throws, it's all here. Frank seems to fit right in here and seems to be a great addition to the cast. The other news that came to light is that January 26th is the release date. So now you can time your wait. So you know I can't leave y'all without a party so...
