Here’s a funny video from a tense match at Final Round XII , one of the many places SFIV around the world where SFIV tournaments have been blowing up.

There’s about 3 paragraphs of explanation in the youtube info section with some good background, but to sum it up: 

Sagat (aka “Liston”) thinks he wins, celebrates too early, but then loses.  Viper (aka “Kensou”) had stood up in defeat, but quickly realized the match wasn’t really over, sat down, and beat Liston while he was still doing the happy dance.  Hilarity ensues.
