Over in Unity's mighty Creative Forum, d3v has a nice collection of custom joystick templates. 

Of course opening the case on your Mad Catz Tournament Edition fightsticks violates the warranty, but if you are the fearless "we don't need no stinking warranties!" kind, you'll find some fun stuff to play with, with everything from the obvious Street Fighter inspirations down to Plasma Sword!

Of course he's also got a work-in-progress Unity stick design, which warms my cold, cold heart.

And if you want the fancy new cases PLUS some gorgeous and limited-edition (as in, numbered and whatnot), start scouring the internets for one of the few remaining Femme Fatale fightsticks.
