Could this II means "Second Ultra Selected"??

If there are 2 selectable specials, then he's throwing it back a bit to SFIII. That's definitly pretty chill now that insted of only going in one gun strong, you can select your weapon of choice to best suit the situation or your style. Sure 2 at once woule be beast, but what can a guy do?
