I moderate the comic book forum over at Shoryuken.com. I do my best to try to keep people informed with what's going on with Capcom based comics from Studio Udon and of course talking about Marvel, DC and many other companies along with mentioning all of the great titles that are coming out every week. Anyway check it out. If I'm every away from this site for too long it's usually because my moderator duties take me away ack! Still, it's the greatest job ever. I can talk about comics all day long. Our favorite comic book character poll is finally over and boy was it fun to work on! PS if anyone from Capcom is reading this, if you guys ever get the Marvel License back... Well I don't want to ruin the poll for you without checking it out for yourselves but We REALLY love Deadpool! And I'm sure you guys will be happy to know that Street Fighter's Ryu made the cut thanks to Udon's comics, happy day happy day! ^_^

You should have made a new blog post for this character election. That way you get more attention from other visitors. Since it's over, maybe you should write a new blog on the results.

Maybe I should of created another blog but I'm lazy LOL! So long as it's comic book related it's all good in the hood! Speaking of elections -

Newsarama is having their best of 2008 Poll for those that are members of that site. You have 3 options for everything, so feel free to stick in some votes for Studio Udon, the writer and artists, Street Fighter II Turbo, the SF Remix #0 One Shot and SF characters that have appeared in the comic. No one will stop you!

Hell they even let you vote for video games so feel free to vote for Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix that Udon worked on or other games from Capcom, Konami, SNK, Arc Squeenix, Namco/Bandai, etc., go nuts! Not to mention, there's an ANIME SECTION so you can vote for the Devil May Cry anime, Resident Evil Degeneration, Code Geass (Akiman of Street Fighter fame works on mecha designs for that show) and Gundam 00! (Capcom ghost makes the Gundam vs. games from Namco/Bandai/Banpresto in Japan, heh heh!)

It's still really early and not that many people have come out so if you can ROCK THE VOTE! Hopefully next year we will have Street Fighter IV, Lost Planet, Bionic Commando, Resident Evil and Capcom comics on the stands if all goes so we will really be able to CAPCOM THE VOTE with a lot more characters and comics and then we will rule the world, MWAHAHAHAHAHA....
