    SakuraGU

Monday, September 29, 2008, 01:38 AM EST [General]

Seconds turn into minutes, minutes turn into hours, hours turn into days, days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, and months turn into a year.

After giving it some thought it's amazing all the care and attention Sakura fans have giving her in a prideful and pure attempt to get Sakura into Street Fighter IV.

Seeing Gouken in the game gives me hope, it gave me things to think 'bout. Like maybe he'd come across Sakura at one point in time and teach her a few moves and tricks.

Anyway pouring all my love for Sakura and SFIV i decided to create an amazing illustration of SakuraGU to keep the hope alive. For all those Street Fighter Alpha fans who stood by Capcom in the late 1990s:

Note: On her glove there's the Japanese symbol グ which translates to "GU." In other words, Sakura grown up.

    Commando3 and what happened...

Tuesday, August 26, 2008, 07:23 PM EST [General]

    Ok Capcom

I know I'm only one person but I've got many years(around 17 years worth of gaming experience) so I know a thing or two.

So I just recently downloaded the demo to Commando 3 on Playstation Network.

I actually wasn't expecting a great game, the artwork alone doesn't attract me or appeal to me at all. Though I DO RESPECT the artists and their style.

With that said, the other thing I don't like 'bout the game is the title. Why the hell do they have to name it "Wolf of the Battlefield?"

Stop complicating things, give it a simple name like Commando 3.

When people look for a game, specially a low profile game they want a simple title, something they can remember and say "hey let's see, Commando3, eh?" That Wolf of the Battlefield crap needs to go. Now I'm not your most knowledgeable Commando games fan, I can't even remember the last time I played one, so the really long title could make sense.

Anyway after reading up the rules of the game I went on and chose my character, and went with the hot knife wielding babe who's hot as hell mind you :P Ok so the environment is the FIRST thing I noticed, a nice beach environment to get you all freshen up, I liked that. Then after that a bunch of soldiers come after you, similar to Bionic Commando Rearmed which isn't a bad thing, it actually made me want to play the game more. I guess it's kinda how Final Fight fans feel with Street Fighter and how similar they can be, well in terms of being fighters of sorts(similar kinds of characters).

Anyway it was a fun game, love the M-Crashes and the power ups are sweet. I can just imagine how much more fun this'll be in co-op(is it only online only by the way?).

Anyway I hope to get this game very soon and to get to play it with Capcom sometime.

I just want Capcom to see the good things and the bad things they did with this game.

Another thing is the marketing of this game, Capcom didn't make me feel like I should get it. They didn't even really tell me 'bout its co-op(they should've pushed this on us a lot).

Well I hope more people give it a look if they didn't at first.

    Days are feeling longer......................

Friday, August 15, 2008, 07:19 PM EST [General]

For years(around 2001)day after day I noticed how time starting going faster and faster....never really giving us a break.

It always felt as if we could never do ENOUGH during one day. That has changed.....yes friends starting yesterday time has balanced out to normality again. Call me crazy? No, I'm very conscious 'bout these things. I'm a natural wonder, you might not belief it but I have a key sense in accessing the situation(s) around me.

I believe with full certainty that time has slowed down by at least a minute or two in general. This is huge, this will translate into happier lives but at the same time might make life a bit more dangerouos. More time leads to more free thoughts, planning, among other things.

    Bought some Capcom goodies!

Friday, August 15, 2008, 07:09 PM EST [General]

Well Capcom has been making some great games lately and they're really pushing to be fair, to all consoles!

First off, Bionic Commando: Rearmed is so good that I dare ask Capcom to BUY OUT that company GRIN. Yes Sven, give it a shot, ask Capcom of Japan if this is doable

Playing BCR is such an amazing experience, both in single and co-op. Gameplay is simple but don't let that fool you. You'll have to hone your skills if you wanna get past even the first level. Love the comic-like conversations :D hehe and it's very funny, yet action packed.

I never had a NES, yes way too young, so I missed out on many NES games along with the original Bionic Commando. So yes this is really amazing.

I also bought me Street Fighter Alpha, cannot tell you how FRESH it looks and feels. Specially if you copy it to your PSP. PSP does such a great job at lighting up the graphics and making things look more 3D and much clearer and enhanced. Sadly there's no survival mode, a big negative there. But overall it's really fun like all Alpha games hehe.

    Anyway  I want SFIV!!! :D

I want to both play as Akuma and face off against him as Bison, right not I cannot find a HOTTER match than Akuma VS M. Bison!

If I could sleep in Capcom-Unity

Wednesday, August 6, 2008, 02:18 AM EST [General]

Yes you heard me right....I'm literally hooked to this damn place :D

I cannot pull myself away, it's like I have to lurk and lurk

I think it's becoming an addiction, not a bad one though. Just that I love this place so much. The new Unity community has really made it easy and really friendly to go through it.

Capcom has so much history and so much going for it lately. I'm really psyched to see Capcom return slowly but surely to their glory days. And I hope they bring back some of the games which helped them get here like Megaman, Final Fight, Street Fighter, etc.

    This is also my homepage

Lastly I'm really thankful to have met you all, there are a lot of great people here, INCLUDING the staff.
