Not entirely! there are some words which I published in my bolg for disclosure. I just wrote a script. Now, I'll adapt it for a novel (Book).

One person that you didnt mention was Dee Jay, i also think he and Sagat shouldve been in SF3 so that he and Sagat's story could have furthered seeing that Dee Jay defeated Sagat, it would have been a great rivalry to see because it was kind of newish and Dee Jay didnt recieve much spot light in the few SF games he was in.

Yes I agree fully. However I think they went a little overboard. I think if they used Charlie or Guile instead of Remy and included one more veteran like Sagat, we'd have a 21 (20+1) headed roster with 6 familiar faces, I think that would have been a lot better ratio, than 4 out of 20. But not to dwell on past mistakes.

3rd Strike added 5 more heads to the cast.

If we could ever see 5 more, I'd include these ones:
- Sagat, because he is and breathes SF, he even started it all.
- Fei Long, mostly gameplay based (unlike another character still much requested for that reason, Gen who is already somewhat represented by Yun and Yang, I've heard high tier players say Fei Long would add the most to the gameplay).
- Cammy the second lady of SF, loved by most, as well as big role in the story.
- El Fuerte, unique new gameplay and style.
- Juri, the missing link in this game, she could link Seth, illuminati and Shadowloo.

Some characters I wouldn't include, not because I wouldn't love to see them, but because they are slightly less refreshing compared to available cast, or slightly less core characters (these are only mild references and by no means are binding):
- Vega / Guy / Geki (Ibuki)
- Balrog (Dudley)
- Dhalsim / Blanka (Necro)
- Guile / Charlie (Remy)
- Gen (Yun / Yang)
- Dan, Sakura, Gouken (Akuma, Sean, Ken, Ryu)
- Seth (Urien, Gill)
- Abel (Alex)
- Hakan (Urien)
- T. Hawk (Hugo)

Sagat first and formost shouldve been in there, E. Honda, Balrog, and Vega are my 4 that I wanted to be in there. Those characters was a challenge for me in SSFII so it wouldve been great to get another chance in trying to beat them in the new generation. Balrog and Dudley is who I wanted to see a showdown with in the new generation seeing that they both have the boxer style, but now we get to see it happen in SSFIV which makes its even more better. So i feel like it was a good reason not bringing back all of the characters in SF3 because it set up a great storyline for the ones that followed.
