It has only been 7 days ago when we told you about master Gen and here we are again. Rose will be in the home version of Street Fighter IV as the 25th character! The mystic woman Rose (from the Street Fighter Alpha series), master of Soul Power and who once called M. Bison (Vega) her master, together with her creative design and moveset, what will be in her cards after becoming M. Bison tool for survival? Seeing M. Bison return made fans wonder, how could he have returned? Did he use Cammy? Did he use Rose? Did he use both? Wait for the home version to find the answers, Rose the mysterious eye already knows. The fans are thinking of dream matches such as: Rose versus Seth, Gouken, the current Akuma, the current Ryu, but mostly versus the current M. Bison. Well rose versus some other characters like Guy is something else the fans are waiting for but we'll get back to that.

Alpha now has three or four representatives depending on how you count (Rose, Dan, Sakura, Gen(SFI)). The select screen seems all filled up right now, however this is no reason for alarm. Characters like Seth, Gouken and even Akuma are rarely selectable from the start and often stick out to the sides of the normal roster grid. The question mark is used to random select, and as such is not just a place holder and will not disappear. Removing it will certainly not help in getting more characters. Making another character takes much more time than changing the select screen. In fact the entire roster grid may be realigned.

As mentioned before: As it is, we still leave two groups in the cold. SFIII and Final Fight. One character could settle the score and ease the pain. His name is Hugo, the giant from SFIII he has it in him to both carry SFIII and Final Fight on his big shoulders together with a little help from his assistant Poison. Though one character to represent both is a little thin.

There is rumor returning about SFIV that with Rose added comes one step closer towards being fullfilled, that had started a long time ago with the Famitsu cover featuring some Street Fighter girls, namely all the girls that are already in SFIV and Ibuki and Elena. That is one way to fix the SFIII absence, though one might argue adding one very young girl would already be pushing it and two very young girls might not be the best solution, if we have only two spots for SFIII we want to use them well listening to everyone's wishes as far as possilbe, while having only limited ways to do this.

We could do better. If we really give each group of fans what they want, we could do it with three different characters... There are many more favorites but with those three added, most fans could meet half-way and settle down with SFIV while happily and impatiently waiting for Street Fighter V. You see SFIII has been mentioned by Ono and when he did one name specifically came out "Ibuki"; the young female ninja and who wants to counter on Ono's word? Out of respect for Ono's word and of course fan demand as well as interesting story development, we present to you "the three": If she (Ibuki!!!) and two others would really make it to the home version of SFIV the earth would stop moving for a split second, here are the other two:

• Guy: The much loved Guy (from Final Fight and the Street Fighter Alpha series) with all the thousands of request for him and other Final Fight characters every day and the love for all that is Bushin. The fans are thinking of dream matches such as: Guy versus Ibuki, Seth, Gen, Oro, Gouken, the current Rose, the current M. Bison, the current Ryu, the current Akuma, etc..
• Oro: The greatness of Oro (from Street Fighter III) who might not look like mama's most beautiful child but has all the more fighting powers and has that legendary status that has everybody hoping for more epic story and more epic gameplay and reminds all the fans of Street Fighter III of all the good times they had. Besides if Street Fighter only had pretty fighters, it wouldn't have been as grand as it is. The fans are thinking of dream matches such as: Oro versus Gouken, Dhalsim, Gen, M. Bison, Rose, Seth, the list does not end. Oro did have failed students, now who could they be? Interesting no?

It looks like Ono can really do it with mentioned 28 characters and so it will take some strategic choices. "Strategic choices", that like Street Fighter matches, also reminds you of chess doesn't it?
