Sven put up a blog of the Monster Hunter Madness at the TGS booth. The vast marjority were at the Monster Hunter booth, leaving other booths all but empty... Read below for his blog:
I spent almost no time on the floor, but my first meeting was at the Capcom booth at the show opening so I witnessed the madness.
I'll remind you, yesterday was a "business day". That means, these are industry professionals and media.
That didn't stop HUNDREDS of people from storming the Monster Hunter Tri portion of the Capcom booth (no joke, people were running). Ten minutes after the show opened, the line to play the game was upwards of 4 hours. I can't even imagine what Saturday and Sunday are going to be like with consumers having access.
Here's a really lousy cell phone pic of the madness.
For comparison's sake, here was EA's completely empty booth right next door at the same time (the few people playing mostly were wearing EA shirts):
Ouch.

sorry i have close to no knowledge about the game or franchise itself. it the wii version going to have online co-op?
