You read the title right. That's 1.8 million fans who downloaded the RE5 Demo on Xbox 360 over the weekend. When it first released on the 26th, more than 1.3 million Xbox LIVE members around the world downloaded it in just the first three days, setting new records on Xbox 360. The demo also was a smash hit in Japan. Since release it's in December over 53% of Xbox LIVE Gold members in Japan have downloaded it.

I'm guessing you already downloaded it, but if you haven't go do it now! I mean, what's to lose? You get some crazy-fun Majini shootin' action, online co-op, and of course my personal favorite; explodey barrels (yea, so I make up my own words). 

You'll be able to pick up the full game on March 13th for more action packed goodness.
