MonHun Nikki is releasing in Japan later this month, and to accompany the game, there’s a full fledged cartoon going along with it. The show follows some of the Felynes in the quests of their village. Here’s a quick look at the first episode, “Quest 1.” It’s not the whole thing, but it’s got a heck of a lot going on. Nearly HALF of the video is the Felynes casually running for their lives from a Rathian. The rest of the video consists of the Monster Hunter Instructor who only speaks by yelling profusely, some singing, and one of the Felyne’s getting eated by the Rathian who was chasing them. Overall, I’d give this first Quest story a thumbs up.
