The man at Capcom who I consider to be our figurine guru, Josh, sent an email over to me this morning with this. A fully custom Chuck Greene figure from Dead Rising 2. The creator, loosecollector, says this about it: 

"Good day guys! First for the day is Chuck Greene of DeadRising. He's in the zombie @$$-kicking business. And he does it while looking cool. His character's "looks" was inspired by Thomas Jane, so the logical choice for base would be the Jane-Punisher :-). He's got arms from a Buffy fig and hands from a DCUC. The jacket and hair were sculpted parts. Paint job took the most work as all the details were hand-painted. He also carries as pistol... to intimidate zombies :-). Hope you like him! God bless."
