Capcom Japan has released a brand new trailer for the Ace Attorney movie! Thanks to Gregaman, who has the amazing super power of speaking/reading/writing Japanese, we have a list of what the trailer reveals:
-In the near future, due an increase in evil-natured crime, the government implements a new legal system, wherein trials must be resolved in a mere three days.
-Features the characters you know and love from the Ace Attorney games, who object to things frequently and with great gusto.
-Directed by extremely prolific director Takashi Miike, known for such envelope-pushing cinema as Ichi the Killer, Audition, and The Happiness of the Katakuris (incidentally, the best movie ever).
-Features the always-excellent Ryo Ishibashi as Miles Edgeworth's mentor, Manfred von Karma.
-Murder, mystery, and conspiracy ensue.
-Possibly the best game movie ever to be made. Leave it to Miike to make it happen.
