We're studying up on the monsters you'll be fighting at the Monster Hunter Tri University night. Yesterday we talked about Qurupeco and his sneaky ways of calling in other monsters to beat the crap out of you. One of the beasties he calls on his the Great Jaggie. He's fast, and loves pounding into you with his hip-check. His tail is very whip like, so it'll do you some good to avoid that.
But, he's not so bad... What makes him a real pain is he also has the ability to call in little minions to come bite at your heels. Thankfully, a few bashes to his skull will knock him out.
The rest of this week and into next we'll be highlighting the monsters you'll be killin' at the event. Oh, and don't forget free food, booze, and swag all through the night. If you want to come hang out with us, check out how to get invited right here!

We want to make the SFIV Cozies available in the Capcom Store, but we have a couple of designs to choose from. Want to help us out by picking your favorite? Cozy Number 1 has all the SFIV characters packed on in a very tight pattern. Cozy Number 2 has the character art much larger and more focused on Ryu. Pick your favorite!

Monster Hunter Tri University night is coming up, and it's time to start doing your homework. What is Monster Hunter Tri University (MHTU)? Well, you can read up on it here, but to sum up, it's just like our Capcom Fight Club where we're inviting you to come hang out with Capcom peeps, drink free booze, eat free food, and most importantly play our games early! If you're curious about Monster Hunter, come take an early look at Tri.
Now, onto the studying... One of the new monsters we're showing off at the event is the Qurupeco. He's fast, has a nasty bite, can spit green goo, and can cause explosions with his wing tips. Oh, and that's not even the half of it, as he has the huge red chest to make roars of other monsters, calling them in for back-up. Not just any monsters, but usually monsters three times his size... ANGRY monsters. But don't let that scare you, we're going to teach you how to take this colorful, loud, overgrown parrot down. And then carve him up into some sweet new armor and maybe even a freakin' awesome sword/hammer/gun.
Hang out with Capcom + Free drinks, food & swag + Gaming all night = MHTU

Today we're going to be going live on our UStream channel around 4:00pm PST with Deezie (aka Matt D. / aka the d00d to ask about RE stuff). So if you have questions, post 'em in the comments to this blog. He's going to take a couple minutes and answer them live! And better still, we'll be watching the live chat and trying to answer the questions on the go. See you around 4 today!

It just wouldn't be a Dark Void if it didn't have an advanced alien race trying to blow you up! As you play Dark Void, you'll be running into the Watchers, a race hell bent on shooting you, exploding you, and occasionally trying to vaporize you. There's all forms of these baddies to encounter (and by "encounter" I mean "point-bullet-hose, pull-trigger") and we have some concept art to give you a taste of what to expect. As I'm sure you've seen from the weapons, there's all sorts of ways to give these guys a piece of your mind/gun/foot-to-face.
There's plenty more, and even cooler concepts of the Watchers right here. Check it out!
