The easiest way to do this is in a local multiplayer match. So grab a buddy if you can otherwise you're going to have do it solo.

1. Have the player who wants the over 200 hit combo play as the following characters:

Cable w/Projectile Assist
BB Hood w/Projectile Assist
Anakaris w/Ground Type Assist

 The other player should pick 3 Blackheart's w/Launcher Assist

2. Build up your super meters to level 3.

3. Initiate Blackhearts triple hyper combo by pressing Assist A & Assist B simultaneously from across the screen

The Cable team should initiate at their triple hyper combo right after. The Cable team will get well over 200 hits just by letting the hyper combos do all the work.

You'd probably hear a chant that sounds like "you ducked up!" The truth is you did by choosing to do an exclusive deal with Gamestop. I don't care how many good experiences people have with Gamestop, overall, as a company, Gamestop sucks.

Who's half-brained idea was it to release only 15,000 copies of the retail edition of Marvel vs Capcom 2? Someone care to guess how many Gamestops there are in the US?

I have an idea why not order MvC2 online from Gamestop? Because the shipping rates cost more than the game and in some cases are closer to the old ebay prices for Marvel vs Capcom 2 on PS2.

What tops this whole thing is the fact that most of the Gamestop employees in this area have no clue about this promotion. Some of them don't even have acces to the internet. I can deal with being too late and the product being sold out, but when the employees don't even know what I'm talking about, that's where I draw the line! The final kicker was when the guy tried to sell Madden 10 to me. I was like, "Dude. I did not come in here for Madden." The last time I was in Gamestop they tried selling that tired franchise to me. -.-'

I really wish Gamestop had a forum or a community so I could rip them a new one. So regardless of this incident I don't hate Capcom, just some of  the promotional decisions.
